IKEA recycling accepts: alkaline batteries, lithium-ion batteries, NiMH rechargeable batteries, LED light bulbs (any wattage), CFL bulbs (mercury-containing), halogen bulbs, plus IKEA furniture through the Buy Back & Resell program. Mattresses are picked up for a fee with new mattress delivery.

How the IKEA Battery and Light Bulb Recycling Process Works
- Bag spent batteries and bulbs (separately). 2. Drop in the marked recycling bins at any IKEA store. 3. For furniture, register the item online via IKEA Buy Back & Resell, receive a quote, deliver to store for store credit.
