Epson's Recycling Program offers free mail-back recycling for all Epson printers, ink cartridges, EcoTank bottles, scanners and projectors. Operated through GreenDisk in partnership with Epson, available in all 50 US states.

Items Accepted by Epson Recycling Program
Epson recycling accepts Epson printers (inkjet, laser, label, photo), Epson ink cartridges (original brand only), EcoTank ink bottles, Epson scanners, Epson projectors, and Epson document cameras. Third-party or refilled cartridges are not accepted.
Where to Drop Off or Mail Items
Submit a recycling request at epson.com/recycling-program. Epson sends a prepaid mail-back label within 5-10 business days. Pack and ship via UPS.

- Visit epson.com/recycling-program and complete the form. 2. Receive prepaid label by email within 5-10 business days. 3. Pack device(s) — small items like cartridges can be batched. 4. Drop at UPS or schedule a pickup. 5. No certificate is issued for consumer recycling.
Wipe Data Before Recycling
Most Epson printers have no persistent storage. For Epson projectors: Settings → Reset → All Reset. For Epson scanners with cloud features: factory reset via the Epson Smart Panel app.
